Who is Hugo Lindqvist?
Hugo is the last set of eyes on every ranking and review at TCCS. He owns the composite-score machinery — the BCa bootstrap intervals, the dual-reviewer reconciliation procedure, and the change log for the scoring rubric itself. Before TCCS he spent five years as a statistical consultant to a European consumer-tech publication and learned the hard way that the failure mode of these benchmarks isn't the measurement, it's drift in the rubric between updates. The CCS rubric is therefore versioned, and Hugo is the person who signs off on each version bump.
